As I have been waiting to see what would happen with Any Tomorrow: The Calling</em> and have started talking it up among chat rooms and groups, I’ve also been final editing the second book in the trilogy, Any Tomorrow: The Curse. In fact, Any Tomorrow: The Curse is almost ready for publication. I just need to tweak the formatting and work on the cover art.
I suspect that by August the final eNovel, AnyTomorrow: The Culling, will join the its companions on Amazon and Smashwords. One of the things that concerned me about traditional publication was that, if sales of the first book failed, the second and third books might never be published. As a self-publisher I can make sure the whole story has the opportunity to be told.
While I’m in that editing/formatting mode, I want to get the trilogy out for sale so I can work on other things, but that begs a question. Is it too soon to have the full trilogy out there? Should I wait to see if anyone provides comments or criticisms of Any Tomorrow: The Calling?
My first instinct would be, since my name isn’t exactly a household word, to put as much as I can out there so it will at least appear that I am a prolific writer. Also, if there are a number of titles to choose from, there will be a greater possibility that a potential reader will find one that he or she enjoys.
As always, if you have any comments, questions, or concerns about this post or any of my posts, please let me know. I would really appreciate your feedback. Thanks.
